DC was briefed to create a low cost POS package to improve navigation
in the M&S Food to Go section. The design style and colour palette had to reflect the M&S corporate agenda and all items had to be fitted quickly and easily at store level.
Working in partnership with CIR we reviewed, refined and reduced the range, created new planograms and installed the POS. Sales increased over 100% almost overnight.
The test was immediately increased
to 21 stores and subsequently rolled out across the entire estate.
